You post lots of 'articles' well, at least you 'repost that Trumpist shit to death lol'

Very few actual links or backup though....Maybe people just skimmed past it?

Listen to every word Trump says.

Absolute lols

The body language, the lack of hand waving, the shoulder twitching. It's like he is fighting every word of his pre-written speech.

He looks like a naughty boy accused of drawing on the wall with his sisters crayons but has been forced to offer a false 'sorry mum, lol' Shame 4 people died tho!

What a cunt.

And a loser!

Edit. And the fact that he literally called for these fuckwits to come to the capitol to 'protest' Jesus christ, the man operates in some sort of alternative reality.

This is all very hilarious, but half of America voted for him and that isnt going anywhere soon.

He wont be prosecuted.
Biden will very quickly show his true form.
Everyone will realise the country is split in two in exchange for the same old shit different day.
Its all a learning process I suppose

You can call it half voted for him...

Or you could call it 30% voted republican, for the same reason people vote Tory but 20% voted for the donger in a borrowed suit because they are basically clinically stupid and will believe any old shit they read on the internet, like yourself.

Either way, 50% certainly did not vote for a giant orange twat that incited violence and directly caused the death of 5 people, who then, the very following day, called them all nutters.

He's fucked, and he knows it now (or at least his puppet masters do) it has finally sunk in. Prison awaits, it's all about damage limitation now, either way, I can see the stupid cunt dying in prison now. Still, travel to the funeral should be cheap for the family because they will be on the prison wing just over yonder.

Stick the cunt (and his entire family) into sing sing and be done with it.

I'm guessing he still hasn't figured out a way to pardon himself.

The only way it could happen is for him to leave office now and somehow convince pence to pardon his orange ass.

Nah, he's gone... he couldnt get legislation through since he lost the ability to do that to punish Social Media companies which is why they are prolly banning him now.

Love this tweet.. Screenshot 2021-01-09 at 00.58.56.png

They are banning everything, removing parlor, shutting down all reddit subs, next will be a youtube purge.

Half the country who voted for him are watching the establishment that they despise and used Trump as a calling point against them, shutting down his and their voice.
The entire system is now of no use to half of America, I dont see this going very well while millions are losing their jobs and the 1% are now drowning in banknotes.

OK freddies. we all know @Job's a knobber but this:

Has some merit.

Some merit, mind. It's not 100% bob-on but it's thematically reasonable.

I know Trump "deserves" it but does the fact that it's actually been done to the current President of the USA (that title still means something) who did indeed receive a lot of votes (whether you think all his / republican supporters are dumb/sheep or not), not give anyone else pause for thought?

I know it's immediately gratifying but in the grand scheme of things that shows an incredible amount of power in undemocratic hands.

Consider the theoretical scenario: you voted for someone who you think is right but they narrowly lose. They espose a correct but obviously unpopular viewpoint and their voice / ability to talk directly to their supporters is removed by a couple of zuckerberg-types who only seek profit.

You wake up the day after the vote and that discussion is over. Not for you, of course, but the realistic possibility of furthering the argument for something you fervently believe is correct has been severely set back and you feel this harms you, democracy and everyone in the country - as you feel the majority have made a mistake (brexit-like).

But it's over. You've been shut down.

Should corporations have the decision making power to decide what's allowable? In a very real way that makes them master.

Not all republicans that voted republican support Trump.

In fact the number gets smaller every day.

What?

He can simply hold press conferences at the WH and take questions every day if he wanted to. TV is way more powerful than Twitter or any online forum as they will replay the broadcast over and over again.

He violated the ToS of a private company's platform which HE chose to use. Fuck him, he got what he deserved.

The grauniad is getting the point wrong through oversimplification/misrepresentation of reality too - but remember, they don't believe in freedom of speech either:

Trump opponents greet suspension with plaudits and jokes while allies claim censorship

I'm a Trump opponent. Firmly so. But I don't meet his suspension with glee. Something much bigger and much more important than Donald Trump is being played out before all of our eyes right now.

And we're all so busy looking at Donald Trump we're missing the real action.

What? A bunch of private online social media platforms removing a tyrant from their platforms for inciting violence and insurrection against the world's most powerful democracy?

/me runs off to get a tinfoil hat before @Scouse tells me that worldwide censorship from companies is inbound.
