Well its easier to go to your local city than it is to get to dc from rural washington state. So i would expect there to be more turn up for a distributed march rather than a single location ceremony. Wouldnt you?

Maybe. Who knows but sometimes protests work so it's worth a try. There's a broad spectrum of opinion protesting. Many with valid points. Some will be fringe fucktards but that's how things work. If you've ever been on a protest, no matter what the cause, you'll have been embarrassed by some of the chants around you. It doesn't invalidate everyone though.
