"Who are we to judge?" Isn't that exactly what you're doing on the basis of a video header?

Do you actually know what Antifa is, other than what is very obviously for you a trigger word?

In US terms anyone in a face mask (oops) who threatens or confronts police or white supremacists is Antifa; it's an utterly meaningless term. There is no Antifa organisation, there is no manifesto, nothing. What there is, is a nice catch all phrase that sounds scary.

The act allows the president, at the request of a state government, to federalize the National Guard and to use the remainder of the Armed Forces to (i) when requested by a state's legislature or governor, address an insurrection against the state (§251); (ii) address an insurrection against the federal government (§252); or (iii) hinders the execution of the laws such that citizens are deprived of Constitutional rights.

The 1807 act replaced the earlier Calling Forth Act of 1792, which had allowed for federalization of the state militias, with similar language that allowed either for federalization of state militias or use of the regular armed forces in the case of rebellion against a state government.[1]:60

In 1871, the Third Enforcement Act supplemented the Insurrection Act with a new section designed to protect African Americans from attacks by the Ku Klux Klan.
