It does seem a bit reckless to say the least...but its also a direct show of absolute dominance that Iran will have to respect....and more fucking barriers in London.

It won't since it wouldn't stand a chance but they will probably hit Israel and some other softer targets, in reality it'll be a continuation of what they've been doing for some time now. It also also has the effect of completely blowing out of the water the idea of any return to a negotiated settlement on the issue of nuclear weapons development in Iran.

Difference is that he's a General in an army of a sovereign nation which is involved in arming questionable militias.

Could be American or Iranian.

Airstriking a General of an army you're not even at fucking war with and then posting it on Twitter like it's ISIS isn't a good precedent to the inevitable hearts and minds campaign in Iran that's going to last for the next 100 years.
