The kind of investment Republicans want is the kind that makes them personally richer. Civil Construction companies obviously aren't filling the campaign coffers (e.g. the legal bribery fund) as efficiently as arms companies and hedge funds.

Lol... when those indictments were announced Donald Trump immediately changed his tune - the slimy cunt is now trying to shift the blame for the recent mass shooting to the FBI to take the focus off the Russia investigation.
