Where to pre-order to recieve on the release date? I was going to order via play.com but they have a nasty habit of arriving after release dates (daoc :/). Where's my best best to pre-order to ensure WoW arrives on time?

Gameplay.co.uk is showing 18th as release yet most other stores are showing 11th.

Just wandered into the local GAME shop at lunch, put my name on a list, they gave me a receipt. They said it will be in the shop next Friday and come pick it up and pay for it then, they will hold a copy for me, jobs a good un.

Getting stuff through the post is always unreliable..

Lol, nice passive answer you recieved there from a clueless advisor who probably was just trying to avoid doing any sort of work.

Press release says 11th therefore shops 'should' get them a day or two before then based on deliveries. The only chance they won't is if there's been some sort of error. GAME piss me off, their employees in my local store are worthless, no help whatsoever.

I've ordered via gameplay.co.uk and my estimated delivery date is 9th/10th of Feb. I also e-mailed them and they've confirmed it should be with me no later than Friday morning.

Well the guy i spoke to is a hardcore MMO player also and hes waiting for it too.. so i didn't pass him off as another employee lol.

The only worry i have is if theres gonna be enough stock to the shops.

they replied saying it will definately be here on the 11th

i think in game they got allocated only so many so trhey are guaranteed the right delivery. the guy mention there was only 3 left on monday and i got one of em.

The only game that i've Orderd from GAME.NET thats arrived on the day of release was Planetside. All the others have arrived days later. Since the games released on a friday im gunna nip down town and play it for the weekend.
