Tribes 2 Solo Crashes

After many hours finally getting TRIBES 2 installed correctly, I'm annoyed to find that Solo mode crashes out after loading a mission.

I can load up main menus fine, and start or join a LAN game or start and join an Online game just fine. However, when I try to start a Solo mission, it loads up and then tries to switch to the game environment and crashes. Anyone had this problem?

Anyone have a solution?

It could be ur system, try running defrag or scandisk....correct me if i am wrong

mine would crash after loading while on "opngl", try switching to D3D if u r on opengl or anyhting else

Yeah, I tried D3D mode instead, no different for me.

erm....erm, got the latest drivers for your gfx card?

Check your soundcard drivers too. Once the game starts theres a fair bit of sound to be delivered.
