I kind of agree with the original poster.

but tbh, if I respect my target I wont add.

reality is nowadays the names of my targets are less familiar. All the old nemesis's are gone, most of the players who knew of honor are gone. Most of my targets now are peeps I dont know.

Based on that the decision to attack something tends to be purely based on my chances of finishing the job and getting away alive.

And when all is said and done when you go out onto the battlefield to hunt invaders.

There are exceptions to this ofc theres a few peeps i dont attack or wont add on for various reasons.

You wont get much quarter in daoc from your enemy. Whether or not you choose to give them quarter is down to the individual.

C'est la daoc.

I don't see the problem with people not adding, I suppose its a bit of twisted honour in a way. But, I don't see the problem with people adding, and this is coming from a Hib. Anyways, I always thought this was RvR....

Thinking maybe I'm too much of a roleplayer for this game tho (which is weird, because it is in fact <trumpets> a role playing game; far out I know) because I have this weird idea that realm mates help eachother out and any enemy I see out there belongs on the wrong end of my blunts. I'm sorry, unless the Hibby in question asks me not to add, or is winning anyway, Im either gonna kill you, or die trying. Cry all you want, call me an albie wanna be, I really dun give a fuck.
