Some of my closer online friends already know this, but I thought I would share the experience with you all.

I am going to be a daddy:D

Due in August, to say the least, I am totally shitting myself.
Will I be a good dad, will I be a twat like my dad was, will I kill the first boy thats asks her out(if I have a girl), will my child like me, will I be sensible or teach it to annoy the fuck outta Samm(like I do)?

HELP MEEEEE!!!!

Exciting, scary, weird. Time for me to be a man.

Congrats Trem.

I'm sure the kid will be traumatised one way or another no matter what you do.

you know Mr Trem, I have the odd thought that you will be a rather good dad*. go for it mate!

:bazbeer:

*if there is such a thing. imo there are bad, good, fun and shitty parents. doing the best for your kid lies in how you combine the above. I'm sure you'll get it right mate. :)

The wife and I are trying atm, and we thought we had it cracked this month, but her period was 3 days late. :(

Ah well, more practice can't hurt.

Ahh I feel bad now Sar:(

Good luck with that chum. We were trying for a baby, Samm came off the pill and became instantly preggers. We both expected it to be much harder(the getting preggers not mini-Trem:eek: ). I am sure it will happen soon though Sar, and then she has the 24 hours a day sickness to look forward to.

Congratulations, Trem. :)

Being a daddy myself (11, 9 and 2 1/2 followed by a vasectomy :p), I assure you: nothing beats having kids.

Oh, one thing... whilst giving birth your wife/girlfriend might insult/curse/try to kill you.
... they don't really mean it... :p

Congratulations. My current girlfriend already has a 5 year old son, so I've missed out on the begining bits of babies. Hopefully I'll get the chance one day though.

That's if years of having two mobile phones about 2 inches from my nuts hasn't irradated them ;)

That's fantastic news Trem! I'm really pleased for you. I'm sure you'll be an amazing dad, and Samm will be a great mum. Can we exert a horrible influence on the naming process? Can we? Can we?*

Cheers Trem.

Her last pregnancy was a bad one - she was constantly ill and lost about 2 stones in weight.

Still, here's hoping if she does get preggers again, that it goes better this time.

Congrats again Trem :)

Actually thats a great idea Lou, we have a name if its a girl(Grace, Leggy knows why). BUT we have no idea for a name if its a boy, I liked Wij but Samm wouldn't have none:(

So feel free to suggest boys names.
