In essence is the same as get on your bike and look for work message of the twenties. I dont see why people are complaining that if you dont got employment at the moment go work somewhere that is functioning.Because its a really fucking stupid advert?
Not really cause the hospitality industry is in a bad way. Should be construction or technology

Perfect Basmati rice. Try this method:
[x] amount of rice (eg. 3 oz)
[2x] amount of water (= 6 fl oz)
Place both in a pan together
Bring to boil
Then immediately turn down to medium-low heat & cover
Simmer for 5 mins
Remove from heat
Allow rice to steam for 10 minutes. Do not remove lid
Done
I added a pinch of turmeric (for colour), pinch of paprika, pinch of salt, pinch of sugar
Awesome

Or just bring a large pot of water to the boil add rice, bring heat to a simmer and try some every so often until done.
Remove from heat, drain and rest for a minute.
Done
You could rinse with boiling water from Kettle if too "starchy" for you.
Then do whatever you want to do with it.
Yeah, but it will be wet, or broken from straining....
No not really.
Also not if you have it out the pot at the right time. That is why you try it every so often.
You put enough water in a pan for the rice to soak it all up, you're not making a rice stew.
nah m8.No I'm making perfectly cooked rice. every time. Hassle free.

Even the American knows.I accidentally put too little water in the rice cooker the other day, so I got really dry rice, perfect for my curry!
Well you have yours, I'll have mine![]()
Absolutely. No 10 step process for me thanks. I like the nice and simple method.
