What a joke

Judges saying "She hasn't had a fair trial"

Where was the fair trial of the people she watched butchered at the hands of ISIS? where was their justice? what a farce, I hope the government wins the appeal to keep her the fuck out.

So are you saying that she shouldn't stand trial at all, which is what is currently happening, or that she should stand trial, but that it shouldn't be fair?

Well, it's not currently happening, the government have a few months to appeal that decision. And I guess yes? if you want to look at it like that, she shouldn't be allowed to set foot back here again, let her stay in that shit hole syrian camp where they're keeping other terrorist brides. Even if she did go on trial here, the sentence she'd get would be an utter joke and unless they specifically sentence without parole, she'd be out in half of that like nothing has happened... not exactly the message that should be sent to other terrorist scum.

Don't normally get involved in these things but have just signed the above - Maajid Nawaz of LBC is going on hunger strike until this petition gets to 100k signatures to draw attention to the plight of the Uyghur Muslims in China.

Not sure how effective it will be, but worth a signature imo.
Any of the buddists and such. Re instate the Dali lama chinese done lots of crap to lots of minorities in their control.

And that is exactly why the Government needs to stand firm on keeping her out.

Just one shitty domino effect waiting to happen. If she wins her appeal to regain her citizenship they'll all use her as an excuse and a baseline to return themselves.

And that is exactly what separates our justice system from theirs. Everyone is allowed a free and open trial, regardless of charge.

So you'd welcome them back with open arms just so they can have a shot at justice that they've denied so many others? nonsense. They were happy to do what they were doing when ISIS went unchallenged, now they want to come back with their tails between their legs because British Prisons are 5 star hotels compared to what they're living in over there. Nah, they made their choice. I agree wth Sajid, its a security risk allowing it.

OK, so alleged child rapists, murderers etc should be denied a fair trial too, regardless of actual guilt?

Our justice system is based on free, fair and open trail...yeah sure, she is a fucking mong...but she was 15 when she did a runner and will likely be found guilty anyway. It doesn't matter how guilty she appears, it is how guilty she is proven to be. That is the way our justice system works. For all it's faults I would rather that that lynch mobs and private prosecutions.

Personally I think she should get in the sea and she will likely be found guilty then claim asylum, serve a sentence then be free but again, that's a small price to pay for open and fair trial and justice.

I can see what you're saying, that doesn't make it right though. Playing the system when you've been part of a movement that killed and raped its way across the middle-east doesn't mean you should get a free pass, regardless of how free and open our justice system is. The crimes they've committed over there is exactly why they're banged up, trial them there, they committed the crimes there, they can put up with the consequences of that countries judicial system.

She succeeds in her case and it'll be used to set a precedent for future cases - once that's in place, they'll just take the piss and abuse the system to walk free.

Yup and the silly cunts that are still denying climate change will continue to ignore the warnings until its literally burning them to death or they're drowning in rising sea levels. If I was London I'd already be building defence vs higher tides because they're leaving it far too late.

They all ready do.
And thats the price we pay for our justice system...which is great except it seems to have fallen off a fucking cliff when it comes to protecting the integrity of the rights of the indigenous white population.

But hey ho...the loonies are in power and we just have to sit back and watch them hang themselves in full view.

I think an interesting conversation to have is what does citizenship actually mean in todays world? Im a tri national (gotta catch em all), what duties/responsibilities should come with citizenship?

Fact is, this bird was born here, has never been to Bangladesh, she's *our* problem.

If she was white we'd not even be having this conversation.

OK - I can see that the usual suspects (@Bodhi and @Embattle) have hit with a disagree but no explanation? (not sure what @Yoni is saying).

So, girl born here. Lived here all her life. Left the country at 15 to take up bonkers jihadi cause.

Home secretary says "you're Bangladesh's problem". Courts disagree.

Regardless of the legal position - how is she Bangladesh's problem?

She gets brought back. Tried in UK courts. Simple no?

We've been here before and I'm fairly sure I'll be repeating what I said before but just the once.

There was loads of news and information about not travelling to Syria as well as loads of information about how evil ISIS were, technically you would be supporting an organisation that wanted the destruction of the country you left and now want to get back in to. This isn't a case of stealing some sweets no matter how many left leaning loonies keep trying to equalise the cases as if they are exactly on the same scale.

That isn't what the Court appeared to have an issue with in my opinion, in essence it was whether she could appeal remotely or had to be in the country.

I don't see how is it the UK's issue either from my stand point, she in essence renounced her citizenship of the UK because she wanted to join the Isis caliphate.

She will be arrested when she lands for terrorism offences, in theory so could those who provide her with the means to return to the UK, we all know these are likely to be weak charges against her and hard to prove and after spending a bucket load of money doing so the UK government will get to spend even more money hiding her and others exist from the general public and then watching her and others for the rest of their lives.

Really all this is expressed with the following - You've made your bed, now lie in it.

This. If you leave the country to go fight alongside a murderous regime in a country we've been instructed not to go to, then moan when you aren't allowed back, you will probably find me fresh out of fucks to give tbh.

Pretty much how I feel about it at present.

She may very well have been born here like Scouse said. I was born here too, I didn't go and fight for ISIS though and spit in the face of the country I was born in. She can rot for all I care, they all can.

Totally understandable emotion. And I suspect this is where most people lie.

Emotionally.

But pragmatically she was a 15 year old girl. Fifteen. And born here.

In essence if you're fucking bonkers we don't allow you to self-harm. You can claim allegiance to a wheel of cheese but if you were born in the UK, then you're the responsibility of the UK.

The ISIS caliphate wasn't an internationally recognised country. It's not like she's declared allegiance to America (and America could absolutely refuse if she did - and send her packing back to the UK). She can say what she likes but she can't actually renounce her citizenship (and she didn't - she claimed allegiance of something else, so "effectively" doesn't come into it).

She was a fucked up 15 year old. She's likely still a mahoosive cunt. But she's a mahoosive British cunt.

That's why there was international uproar when this "stripping of citizenship" happened - because it was against agreed international norms and rules. This was more about internal messaging than anything else (don't be joining the caliphate, or we'll fuck you over).

She'll be back. As is right. But she'll fall foul of something.

She'll get a slap on the wrist and cut free and thats wrong on so many levels.
If that's the case, that's a whole separate question. (I doubt you're right though).

However, the facts are pretty clear - nobody wants her, but she's our mess.

What can they realistically charge her with? they know she was part of the female squad that patrolled and were cunts to people, likely even gave orders to lesser ISIS fighters to kill innocents. I for one, do not want THAT walking the streets, if she does get her citizenship back she should get at bare minimum 15-30 years without parole and that really isn't being harsh given the crimes ISIS are guilty of.

FTFY.

This is how we think in this country Bloodomen. And unless you don't think due process is a thing, which is very anti-British of you, then this is how you think too.

However:
I for one, do not want THAT walking the streets, if she does get her citizenship back she should get at bare minimum 15-30 years without parole and that really isn't being harsh given the crimes ISIS are guilty of.
Apart from the fact that this girl isn't being tried on all the crimes that ISIS are guilty of (because she isn't "ISIS" - she's just a twat) - I agree - nobody wants someone like that walking the streets.

But the way we deal with it is bring her back and put her on trial, have faith in the system and await the outcome.

What we don't get is all emo over it.
