Awesome m8.

Just asked the o/h if she fancied getting up early tomorrow to watch the sunrise from right near our house...

...predictably, no :(

Up so early what do you do with the rest of your day? Do you go to bed at 5pm or something?

I'm naturally a night owl so I'm having to discipline muttsnuts to go to bed before 1:00am. Otherwise by now I'd be going to bed at 4 or 5 and up past midday.

I got to bed around 10pm. "normally" i get up at 5 get to work for 6:45am and leave at 4:30pm getting home c.5:30pm. Now I get up early do a run and then start work - my days are fuller than before as working at a distance is much more difficult to manage so more time is spent having meetings in teams - just to see how my team are. I finish my day at home a bit later but i stop at 2pm to listen to the Swedish press conference so it works out quite similarly. On days when I have no work I still get up early and currently enguaging in small projects. The next one will be to confert my 2m by 1m balcony in to an outside paradise :)

I would die getting up at 5am each day. Im with yuck. I have to be hard with myself to go to bed by 1am. 6:45am in the office ouch. When i would go to an office 9:30 was a struggle and i would leave around 4:30pm

I can't decide if bacon jam sounds awful or wonderful. :(

It's fantastic. I made it from scratch this morning and the smell as you caramelise the bacon onions and garlic (in vinegar, maple syrup, bourbon and coffee!) Is incredible.

Having never heard of bacon jam before, I feel like Joey with the beef trifle... "Bacon? Good! Jam? Good!"

Ordered a book last week. Should be arriving in a few days.

I've just seen it on a bookshelf. I've had it for years

Just seen an advert for a knife sharpener.

He presents us with two ordinary everyday hum-drum run-of-the-mill daily tasks: (1) slicing a tomato with a credit card, and (2) slicing the end off a Caterpillar work boot with a small kitchen knife.

Fantastic o_O

Now if you excuse me I need to go into Tosche Station to pick up some power converters. May be I'll swing by the hardware store for some hydrospanners.
