You got insurance for that @Job? The minute you chip it so it goes over 15.5mph you're running an illegal moped, for which you need tax and insurance.

But you do insurance, don't you? You're not averse to that?
Nope..in fact just the ability to go over 15 or a throttle is a moped...I rarely use it on the road..little jumps between trails, the tyres sound like tractor wheels.
It has a legal/ full power switch, but thats not legal either, the chances of a copper being bothered if Im riding at 15mph, practically zero, its not like theres any coppers anyway, half the vans driving past me, the drivers on the phone.
My new controller has bluetooth and you can switch it between legal/full power from your phone and disconnect the throttle.
Im old, I ride sensibly, far more sensibly than most mtb riders on shared trails.

So you ride an uninsured illegal powered moped on shared MTB trails with cyclists and that's OK because you sometimes see blokes in vans on their mobiles.

It's also ok because he won't be caught because there are no police about.

You stick to the laws initially, but after a while, you learn and earn to cut corners. As it is in workplaces, so shall it also be on earth!

I am very aware its chavery, thats why I only ride it flat out on an empty beach, seriously I could probably ride that fast for a bit under my own power, but yes, the way not to be a chav is to ride with respect, no tearing around corners if its a shared path or gunning past people with dogs/children..old dears etc.
I rarely do 15 let alone 30..the power is there for hill climbing and in fact my new build will be geared for 18 flatout.
Get used to it though, there are going to be derestricted ebikes flying around everywhere.
The sales figures are through the roof.

Just by your extensive report on this issue we can conclude you are not a chav. Case closed!

Also, does one pronounce your nickname as "i need a handjob" or is it a reference to christianitys job?

Just like there were loads of mini motos until they became a menace because of the numbers then the law clamped down on them

What will happen because of cunts like Job is that a) injuries to other people will go up (ebikes are heavier, faster and ridden by people who haven't taken the time to become skilled enough to ride at those speeds safely - because it takes years, and you get fit doing it, so why would you need an ebike?) and b) the government will come down hard on ALL types of bikes - because they'll see "money".

Went to see The Book of Mormon in the West End last night. Absolutely hilarious, and if you like either South Park or taking the piss out religion, you need to go see it :D

Id have to agree, I dont see it lasting more than 5 years, it will be like cruise ships turning up to tourist spots.
Or maybe most people are too lazy to even pedal an electric bike.

I'm going to become a Mormon

Just typed in to Amazon "Mormon Underwear" and it came up with this

71JCejB-mAL._AC_UY700_.jpg

Mormon women have to wear this underwear at all times (except when bathing, cooking bacon, bending down, operating a vacuum cleaner, and when performing sexual acts) and they are encouraged to have lots of children.

Must be tough being a Mormon man. I suppose we all have our crosses to bear... :D

Miss my ex so much. We broke up a couple of months ago, but have been seeing each other since from time to time, bootycalls but also really nice hangouts which was very confusing afterwards, not knowing if we were together or not.

Three weeks ago we had the best time (and sex) ever. Felt kind of in love again. But day after it was back to weird again, and I broke the usual agreement we had to not contact each other all the time. Think she felt it was too much and wanted some time to herself.

Shit idea to keep seeing e/o after a breakup, but it felt good then.

Have been on three dates just to see how it felt, but it just felt wrong.
