My pc has been running slower that it really should do recently, just un-installed Avast and it runs like new again.

Most AV is these days - it's no better and often worse than just sticking to Windows Defender (what used to be MSE) especially when it comes to performance. M$ even comes top or near the top in detection rates in the last few years. There's a completely valid argument to say you don't need anything more than Windows 10 with the inbuilt A/V and some adblock plugin for your browser.

If anyone wants the recipe let me know. Lots of spices, rediculous amounts of prep work, but I love cooking so was as happy as a pig in a blanket.
Want. All of it. :)

Its no secret that Charles as king will be a great boon to republicanism in the UK

Mostly as he seems intent on meddling with things he should not be

CHICKEN MADRAS – BRITISH INDIAN RESTAURANT

There are 4 stages

Madras powder

Curry mix powder

Base gravy

Assembling the chicken madras curry

The two sets of powders (A) and (B) can be made any time and will store perfectly well in air-tight containers. If make new batches when the old ones run out, you’ll always have some to hand pre-made.

The gravy (C) involves many processes and takes time (preparation, cooking, cooling, blending). Make this well in advance of stage (D). The sauce can be frozen, but must be thoroughly defrosted in the fridge before using in the curry.

MADRAS POWDER

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of coriander seeds

1 tablespoon of cumin seeds

1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds

3-4 inch piece of cassia bark

15 green cardamom pods (whole)

1 teaspoon of black peppercorns

2 tablespoons of dried birds eye chillies

25 small dried curry leaves

2 flat tablespoons of turmeric powder

1 teaspoon of garam masala

½ teaspoon of mustard seeds

Method

In a hot dry pan (no oil), toast the spices in the following order, one at a time for 30 -60 seconds until fragrant:

Coriander seeds

Cumin seeds

Fenugreek seeds

Toast the following, one at a time for 45-60 seconds:

Cassia bark

Cardamom pods

Peppercorns

Toast the chillies for around 60-70 seconds

Toast the curry leaves for around 90 seconds, shake them around. When the leaves become brown around the edges, and fragrant, remove from the pan.

Place all the toasted spices along with the turmeric (untoasted) and garam masala (untoasted) into a bowl and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Place all the spices into a spice grinder and pulse until you have a fine smooth powder.

Place into an air-tight container when done, and don’t forget to put a label on the container.

CURRY MIX POWDER

Ingredients

2 flat tablespoons of turmeric powder

3 tablespoons of coriander powder

3 tablespoons of sweet unsmoked paprika

2 tablespoons of cumin powder

1 flat teaspoon of onion granules

½ teaspoon of fenugreek powder

1.5 teaspoons of ginger powder

¾ teaspoon of cardamom powder

1 very heaped teaspoon of cayenne chilli pepper powder

1 heaped teaspoon of garam masala

Mix by hand or pulse briefly in the spice grinder. Place into an air-tight container when done, and don’t forget to put a label on the container.

CURRY BASE GRAVY

Ingredients

2 onions

3 cloves of garlic (keep garlic in air-tight bag)

1.5 inch cube of fresh ginger (keep fresh ginger in an air-tight bag in bottom of fridge)

1 small to medium carrot

1 celery stick

1 green pepper

4 medium vine-tomatoes

Tomato puree

750ml water

Handful of fresh coriander

5 tablespoons of oil

1 teaspoon of MADRAS POWDER

1 tablespoon of MIX POWDER

¾ teaspoon salt

Method

Except from the coriander, place all the vegetables into a food processor and blitz briefly. The consistency will resemble vomit. Don’t worry about what it looks like.

Heat the oil in a pan

Place the vegetables into the pan, and add tomato puree, the water, and a few twists of ground black pepper.

Bring to a healthy simmer, then turn the heat down a fraction (from 6 to 4) and simmer for 50 minutes.

After 50 minutes, add the salt, coriander, madras powder, and mix powder. Stir, and simmer for a further 15-20 minutes.

Transfer the gravy into a very large glass bowl and allow it to cool for 1-2 hours naturally.

Once cool, cover your work-surface and spash-backs in cling film.

Blend the gravy 2 ladles at a time until its silky smooth

The mix should be measured out into half pints and each half pint of gravy stored in the freezer in separate boxes.

ASSEMBLING THE ACTUAL CHICKEN MADRAS

Ingredients (Serves 2, or one very hungry fat pig)

One pack of chicken mini fillets (approx. 350g)

3 garlic gloves

1.5 inch of fresh ginger

Tomato puree

6-10 fresh birds eye chillies

1 teaspoon of MADRAS POWDER

1 teaspoon of MIX POWDER

1 very heaped teaspoon of cayenne chilli pepper

Half a pint of GRAVY

3 pinches of salt

2 pinches of sugar

The juice of a whole lemon

Preparation

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces

Cut the garlic and ginger up roughly, and top-and-tail the chillies. A few grinds of black pepper. Pulse in the spice grinder.

Squeeze your lemon

Method

Turn hob on 5.5 and heat one tablespoon of oil

Add the chicken and fry until the meat is sealed and white. Season delicately with salt and black pepper whilst frying. Should take 10 mins or so.

Add the ginger, garlic and chillies, and stir to combine for a few minutes.

Add the tomato puree, stir to combine.

Add the chilli pepper powder, the madras powder and the mix powder. Stir to combine. Don’t allow the spices to burn.

Gradually add the gravy, a quarter at a time. Add, stir to combine, repeat until all the half pint is in with the chicken.

Add the salt, sugar and lemon juice. Stir

Turn the heat down to 3, and simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy. You’ve earned it.

But family guy uses gay as a slur in most episodes.
It still is, despite years of campaigning, the number one slur on a mans masculinity and a reference to something being not quite right.

Good old liberal Swedes.
Yep. Announcing theyre going to make reparations for abhorrent acts that were by no means unusual. Well done Sweden.

They're doing it voluntairy under no pressure to do so - unlike us with eugenics itself being a British invention...

No it frickin isnt...getting rid of 'lesser' creatures has been around since basic organisms.
In America they still pay the homeless and drug addicts to be sterilized, its not going anywhere and wanting a perfect society is something that keeps popping up, letting in millions of muslims is bound to fuel the fire.

Yes. Yes it fucking was. As detailed in the article you didn't bother to read.

Eugenics was born out of the understanding brought about by Mendel & Darwin coupled with human idiocy. British human idiocy.

Idiocy like this:
letting in millions of muslims is bound to fuel the fire.
Like there's an actual muslim gene. Only idiots would make a connection between eugenics and muslims. :bigassfacepalm:

Eugenics is simply the medical procedure for a practice that has been going on in racist communitys like jews and muslims for thousands of years.
Their idea of purity is no infidels..
Throwing disabled babies into the river, shuni g disability, throwing homosexuals off cliffs...but no Scouse we invented the notion.

Disabled babies have been murdered by various societies for millennia. Weak people were also generally shunned.

Nothing at all to do with brown people. Nothing to do with the British, until it was given a name. But lets not let that stop Job and his hatred of foreign types and Scouse's hatred of the British.

Eugenics is a discipline involving bettering the genetic disposition of the human race through gene selection.

The fact that the two people on this forum who'd benefit most if their ancestors had been selectively bred don't understand the difference between that and the general idiotic barbarism of the human race is actually an argument in irs favour :(
