My best mate has access to just about any phone there is and he has stuck with this one for longer than anything else recently. The only bad word he has said is that the S4 is faster but like you have mentioned the screen more than makes up for it.

I love that Duck Dynasty show and I have been reading all about this Phil Robinson thing. When asked his views about gays he answered truthfully quoting his religious belief. Now he has lost his job and the show could be ending because the network could not "in good conscience ask gay employees to kill themselves for a show when he disrespected them by calling them sinners." Now I really hate shit like this. Is he not allowed to believe what he believes because it could upset someone? And religion has called homosexuals sinners for 2000 years and I fully support any ones choice to tell hate preachers to fuck off. But the way GLAAD and the like are trying to police what we think and force positive discrimination down our throats really pisses me off.

If you don't like what he has to say don't read the article and don't go to a sermon but firing him because he expressed his religious views is another example of PC going too far and actually hurting the gay cause.

I think the answer is you are able to think what you like but stating you are a religious homophobe in an interview is a bad idea if you are on a TV Show.

The TV Networks were never going to like it.

I don't think its hurting the gay cause - why should he give a shit what other people do in bed? Its that preachy religious attitude that people don't tolerate these days.

Read up about how they are expecting backlash in the Bible belt because the Network are stepping on his religious freedoms. I doubt he does give a shit but he was asked how he felt and he did not lie to mollycoddle GLAAD.

The problem is the networks are trying to have their cake and eat it; they make popular reality TV because they're a bunch of rednecks, so its hardly a surprise they hold views that east and west coast liberals find offensive. On the show they control the edit, but these guys are still real people so their views are going to come out eventually.

More annoying is the idea that people think they should have the right not to be offended. But then we've discussed that problem ad nauseum.

TBH that's the *only* action the US govt will actually pay attention to. Same with Cisco who are losing contracts left right and centre all over the world because absolutely no one trusts their gear any more (and quite rightly so). The problem is, you've got a handful of top network kit makers who are pretty much exclusively US or China based. Either way you're getting spied on, just depends who you like best :D

Redux has the boring french plantation scene. The original is great.
