While I am by no means pro US I do kind of feel this traveller dude got the short end of the stick in his story.

I mean, I've been held up by heavilly armed border agents in Venezuela who waved shotguns in my face and demanded I open a bag that wasn't mine and held me to within minutes of the plane leaving but never once did I feel as put apon as that writer dude must have. It must really be something to visit countries that the US have a murky view of to say the least and be treated with dignity, where as visit the land of the free and get felt up by Joe Borderpatrol who proceeds to make some increadibly ill-informed comments and ends up denying you entrance to the country 0o

Buddists are mass murdering religious types too, tho :)

Messed up religion that - its the most extreme example of where the organisation of a religion has departed from the actual faith.

The Buddha was anti religion which is the biggest irony when you see the gilded temples they built to a man who said dont worship gods etc.

I deleted the lovely pics of krokodil addicts. They did not make me happy :(

Afaict the main cause is that it's relatively easy to make the stuff, and the junkies just inject it right after they're done, with no refining or cleaning up of stuff causing them to fall prey to all kinds of nasty things (like gangrene). If words don't do it for you then I'm sure google will get you what you want :)

I spent way too long last night just reading into that shit, awful stuff.

On a more optimistic note though, I spent a lot more time than I should have watching this on repeat just now.

So what's the point of phones with curved displays then, other than "we can so we will"? Especially when Samsung and LG can't even agree on which axis it should curve around.

Just had that boxer shorts twisted to one side and can't find the opening through the zipper thing
There are definitely positive aspects to naturism

How do you know you're REALLY in pain? Tramadol doesn't do a damn thing. Feels like my wisdom tooth is trying to force the one next to it out of the gum. :(

Well that's new... Does that mean I'm the only one who can see it until it's approved?

EDIT: And why would it need approval?

Dont read Ammonite in the Masterworks sci fi book series unless you are a woman.

That is all.

Curved displays. Fuck off. They can't even bring out a flat screen phone that I'd consider buying. Just give me a phone with shit loads of memory, a battery that can last longer than 14 hours without a re-charge, really good sound quality, a really good all-round camera (good at night and day) and a screen that you can see clearly even on bright sunny days. Why talk of bendy screens when they can't even get the basics right first?

Would be fucking difficult to get the egg yolk runny making one of those.

I agree. The egg has to be runny. They must cook everything separately and put it all together at the end.

I was thinking about doing a few for the weekend but can't for the life of me work out how they've got a runny yolk unless they've just cracked a raw egg in there

It doesnt look like it was cracked in there. I'd bake the pie with either the lid off or a removable lid and put an under-done boiled egg in there to finish off with the lid on and sealed. The egg would finish cooking itself and absorb some extra heat from surrounding stuff. It'd be all about experimentation and timing. You'd probably make 5 before getting it right, assuming your oven is good enough to maintain a temperature that's reliable in an experimental sense.

Where the hell do you get those! *want*

It's an M&S Brunch Pie. The cooking instructions give different cooking times for if you want the yolk runny or not but they're only a few minutes apart so it's a bit tricky. Mine was just a touch on the solid side but still delicious. They're 3 for 2 at the moment so I might go out and buy 6 more for the weekend.
