It's not convincing at all. it's on a shaky cam footage of film on his phone.
If he wants you to see it in any proper detail upload the actual footage.

I'm no photography expert by a long way. But who takes video using infra red? Surely you need a special camera for that?
You can apply a "infra red" filter after I think but it's not going to be the same.
