Hes argued that one and tbh it just descends into a philosophical argument about NI's position.

Currently watching London Has Fallen.

It's really crap. Shame because the cast deserves a better director and producer. The CGI looks like someone spent 10 minutes on it. Using a Vic20 computer.

The plot - silly and derivative - needs an expert director to pull off properly not a part time Deliveroo rider with a GCSE in Media Studies (grade C)

You wanna know how to make a good film take Die Hard: a masterclass in turning a paper thin story into a thoroughly enjoyable film that still owns 35+ years on.

Manchester alone has 2.4m. Liverpool just under 1m. London's population isn't that scary, although I will admit it feels a lot more crowded now than when I lived there, but I think that's just because I've recalibrated back to smaller city mode over the last decade. London never feels oppressively crowded the way lots of Asian cities are, or even New York.

Die Hard's increasingly terrible sequels show you can only really make one Die Hard. London Has Fallen is rubbish (and I've just watched the third one which is even worse) but to be honest I'm struggling to think of the last action movie I watched that was genuinely good. First Expendables maybe? But even that was only for the novelty, it wasn't objectively "good". All the *ahem* action, is on TV now and movies get the superheroes.

Im quoting the populations inside the big light blob...which doesnt include me..were semi rural effectively.

Its 550 for each of the central zones.

London is one fucking big central zone.

there are currently 4 or 5 LEO (Low Earth Orbit) Satellite contellations planned and partly funded:

Space X 40k Satellites planned
OneWeb > 600 Satellites planned, 6 currently in orbit for testing
Blue Origin 3.2K satellite planned

Then there is:
Telesat (Canadian) >300 if they get funded, several in orbit and recently tested 1.2Gbps download speeds on a Gilat modem.
ChinaSat announced intentions but as yet no details released

Tech behind it quite interesting as the satellites are only in view (of the remote vsat) for around 20 secs, so handovers every 8-12 seconds. the Satellite to Satellite coms link is via aimed Lazer. Imaging tracking and firing lazers between objects hurtling at speed. Pretty impressive tech wise, especially when you consider these things are the size of small under desk storage unit.
