Which is ridiculously dangerous. No win no fee solicitors are going out to Iraq and looking for people to sue the army because 20 cows got killed ect. These parasites (no win no fee solicitors) should absolutely not be allowed to sue the military. If people believe the military are covering up crimes then introduce some oversight and have another government body handle these claims. This is just another way that we are going to end up even further in debt as a country.

In a case like this the girl is not an innocent victim though. If she has a profile that sates her ages then he is a idiot but you can't prove he knew her age and groomed her. So it is dangerous to charge him and mark him for life as a paedophile when it looks more like she has groomed him. Is it scary to think that she might at 13 have been looking for rich people to shag her so she could then blackmail them?

That's how grooming works though the vast majority of the time.

Girls go on the internet so they can hide their identity then they reveal it later on or when they meet.

She didn't want to get him in trouble, her mum saw the money on a PayPal account and asked about it.

It's a ridiculous defence really, 13 fucking years old, I know girls look older now but you can still tell if someone is 13 FFS.

I don't think people here who are defending him are aware that the vast majority of these cases aren't random rape, its a meeting where both parties are aware of each others age.

I'm very happy with my Xperia Z2, although it's somewhat annoying to have to disable the Sony bloatware. There isn't much of it, but what there is is annoying shite.

See I'm happy with my HTC One, the only problem being the battery life is shot to shit now and it's constantly freezing up. I could probably prolong it's life by wiping the thing like but meh, I like new shiny things.

You could always replace the battery, or have it replaced. If the phone seems slow, try replacing the Facebook app with Tinfoil or similar.
