I find it a huge hypocrisy that as a planet we allow the mass-mistreatment of animals, and to make them go through scientific experiments in order for us to eat too much meat anyway.

Then we go and complain about Muslims (Because they're Muslims) that Halal is an awful procedure and it should be banned.

Why the fuck haven't I seen anyone saying lets ban Kosher?

Um, plenty of people want to ban Kosher as well, in fact Denmark (and I think the Netherlands) have done just that. I'm guessing there's less call for it in the UK, as we don't have an enormous Jewish population living here - I know we had to get Kosher meals for one of our directors who was coming over, and it proved to be an absolute nightmare, and we work in the UK's second city.
