Please share with the group why anyone would think it is a good idea to release a bird 20m from a motorway.

If you understood Danish and had seen the interviews you'd know why it was released where it was. They are all very experienced falconeers, so I am guessing they knew better than you do
Yeah good point, hence the dead bird and why the fuck would I need to understand Danish you flid? I'm English and I understand the word for bacon which is all that Denmark is famous for.

Meh. I bet everyone on this forum has faceplanted off a bike at least once in their lives.

Maybe not into a puddle. Maybe only as a toddler. But we've all done it.

If you haven't you're not trying hard enough :)

I tend to fall off I would say at least once in every ten hours spent moving on a bike. I have never landed in a puddle though.

I face planted into a lamppost when I was about 6 years old. I was going down hill past my house and looked over my shoulder to my mum in the front garden. I shouted "MUMMY LOOK AT ME!" and hit the lamppost with my face. I had a very bruised face.

Ouch. You're as bad at bikes as you are at cars eh?

I don't even fall off every ten hours of this shit... :)
I am much worse on a bike. I have target fixation and ride what whatever I look at. I would die in a week on a motorbike.

It happens on push bikes but on a motorbike it is truly scary, happened twice on me on bikes, only on smaller engined ones and at slow speeds turning a corner, but when you hit some ice or gravel and the front wheel just goes. There is no stopping it or saving it and the feeling is horrible whether peddle bike or motorbike. Oh and no one has felt true pain until they have took the skin off the palms of their hands after skidding along the pavement after a mishap.

All of my broken bones and worst injuries are all none (motor)bike related though, get yourself one bought @soze you will be fine :)

I've only ever fallen off my bike once. Well, I say I fell off. The frame snapped when landing a particularly big jump. I was black and blue in places I didn't know I had!

I've ridden Enduro for 30 years and never done more than a small cut and a slightly twisted knee, but I've totalled myself on pushbikes several times, faceplants, highsides and elbows , wrists badly sprained, they are death traps...too light and unforgiving for offraod.
