I'm not particulary fond of getting knifed, that's for sure. Also getting trolled in this situation is rather easy, but i'd more look at the people actually trolling this kind of situation.

Also if i seem a bit "comical" at times, it's really all i got to keep myself calm.

Yeah i know. After reading around about similar situations, the only options seems moving. Especially to what you said, i wouldn't want to be the reason she gets kicked out and then have her know where i live.

Problem is that as said, that requires some funds i just don't have the means to get. By scrooging really badly and saving up it would probably still take me 3 months atleast to get a security deposit together.

- Deal with it. Stay out of her way, be friendly, avoid confrontation etc. Doable, not really comfortable living, but doable.
- Hope that she snaps at the landlord. Unlikely with her acting cover, but all it takes is one sideways word.
- Keep the police on speed dial.

She can flip out, and stab you if you don't report her.

She can come and find you and stab you if you do report her.

Difference is, she won't be in close proximity if you chose the latter.

Ofcourse i have. He's been out of the house though and only yesterday saw what i was talking about. He's been at work today, so no chance of talking further yet.

Certainly a course of action. Problem is that even if she's evicted, she'd still hang around for a month making life a living hell in the meanwhile. You'd need her to flip out at the landlord to have enough proof to kick her out straight away(as said, she's a really nice person when she needs to be), otherwise the landlord will think of tennant laws etc and not risk it.

If talking of the roomie then no, renting is pretty much "up to the landlord" around here, especially in these types of house arrangements(several rooms in one house).

For the past two-three months(especially when she moved in) she's seemed "rather normal"(hell, i don't mind someone having a chat with themselves), but getting worse now.

Not sure if it's a periodic thing etc, will just have to talk to her about it more. Last time i spoke to her of her noise levels, she just said it wasn't her making the noise, so there might be some denial issues. Will have to see.

As long as youdont trash place yourin and pay onn time your reference will be fine. Dont usually give you a personality break down.

I think this thing has been blown out of proportion though. And as much as it would be lovely if you lived like the waltons with your house mates that not going to he a reality. Shame as it makes the house a nicer place.
