What I'm amazed by is the percentage of offenders who were MP's.

76 out of 1400 is a massive amount.

I doubt MPs are statistically any more likely to abuse than any other member of society. But being well known is bound to introduce bias in the reporting of these alleged crimes.

Only because of the brainwashing you received earlier in life. The whole religion thing is forced on you when you brain is in a delicate stage of development. Its mental child abuse.

I went to a CofE primary school and it took a long time to fully reject the bollocks that was imprinted on my young mind.

But even when I was at school and we were supposed to believe in the big guy in the sky, I used to think 'hang on, what?'

I understand peoples belief in some sort of faith, and how that helps them through their daily grind, but I bet if you asked, a lot of them would agree that its a bit far fetched

And the whole thing about one true god and one true religion, well there are supposedly over 200 recognised religions, so who's right and who's wrong

Hmm, that MP figure still accounts for over a quarter of the "personalities" pool under investigation, which would be people just as much subject to reporting bias as MPs. A quarter still seems high to me given how relatively few MPs there actually are at any one time.

So he is convicted of murder for planting bombs against an invading force? That, as it turns out were illegally invading a foreign sovereign state.

So does that mean those that dropped bombs on places and killed civilians are also guilty of murder?

I'm glad someone else brought this up.

I'd be game for all the British-Israeli people that go to Israel, fight for the IDF, and bomb civilians to be rounded up and arrested.

There's very little difference between people going to join ISIS and people fighting for the IDF - Both are fighting for a new nation which has caused lots of controversy, just controversy on the different sides of the fence. ;)

My brother in law pass a Spanish language exam, not sure what, but it took him four years at night school and he's almost fluent, that was 12 years ago and he travels a lot in his marketing job, he says he's hardly used it and only a few times to translate Spanish into English for the locals.

Doen't matter at all if I never use it in my life...

I seem to have developed a liking for chillies. So, I just ate a birds eye chilli. Hot, but not THAT hot. (my bum may disagree tomorrow)

I can't imagine how painful the Carolina Reaper must be to taste.

it's a different kind of hot, hard to explain but the head lines would be a long the lines of:
slower burn, longer lasting, more intense, perception varies from burn to cold to numb and back to burning, affects a larger region of the body.

Yup, quite informative, slowed me down and gave a framework to show me how I was taking risks, getting into confrontations for nothing, the reasons behind speed limits are explained so intelligently that you feel a fuckin moron for thinking you know better.
