Before you needed a paypal account apparently (didn't remember that myself). But now you just put in your card details. Job Jobbed.

I think we should all be doing it. Deeblar said FH was leaving him out of pocket and that's a bit off tbh. Especially since all of us spend a fair bit of time here and for the price of three pints a year. I know it's optional, of course, but in my mind it's about respect...

I was trying to pay the sub on my phone with paypal but when I signed it took me to the playstore paypal app installer, which wasn't very reassuring...no clue how to proceed so logged in again and no continuation of payment.
Could they for the love of god stop telling 7 tons of shite I have no interest in an actually have something, somewhere to give me a frickin clue how to actually use paypal to send money.

Did it on my browser on my PC. It takes you to the paypal site but you don't have to login or anything - you just make a payment to deeblar.

You could do it from a work PC or on your PC at home :)

They won't press charges..my nephew is home for a week and the lads ( who are in the same year as him) are still at uni, which is pretty ridiculous, the wife has a friend in Chester Uni who's in charge of student safety and she is utterly horrified they haven't expelled them and claims he could sue the uni for not following national guidelines to simply keep their statistics for bullying and assault.
This is going to run..the wife never gives up.

No his parents are all a bit 'christian forgive' and suckers for a sob story and he is too worried to press charges because they are in the Uni...which of course is a steaming pile of the usual...victim ignored, criminal get's pat on back for saying sorry, the backbone of the leftie brigade.

He's an adult, what do the parents have to do with it? He can go to the police himself. He should go to the police himself, because you can guarantee these fuckers will do it again.

Tell him the Christian thing to do is to go to the police so these guys don't get away with it scott free.

If he really doesn't want to fuck up their lives he can withdraw his complaint before it gets to court - but they need a visit from the bill...
