Nothing to worry about really imo, it's just a long essay. Just make sure that you don't leave it to the last minute like you might with other pieces of work. Doing research and planning takes a little while so just start early and do a little every day and you'll be fine.

Complete over-simplification. If you were buying one with your own money, maybe (although not in some countries like Norway, where you'd get a massive tax break), and if your company was paying...ker-ching, great BIK even if the list price is high, it doesn't matter in comparison to other company cars in your bracket.

I'd certainly consider one, although I think the range-anxiety issue would still be a problem

The battery tech is no where near ready for public consumption, neither ecologically or technologically. So frankly, why bother?
