Except the economy is actually growing faster than anywhere else in Europe, and unemployment is down. After the complete clusterfuck the last lot left, I'd say they're doing a reasonable job.

Unemployment isn't down though, not by what they're claiming at least. They're counting people they've forced off ESA and are basically stuck in limbo despite them being genuinely ill, those people are unable to get JSA as JSA can only be given to people who are seeking work and are capable of working, people will illness tell JSA they are ill and JSA basically tells them to jog on as they can't give them anything, so they're left going back and forth between JSA and ESA until ESA finally accepts them back onto it after weeks of appealing, this is where the magic "Oh look there are XXX,XXX less claimants now" bollocks comes from as they don't get classified as anything when they're in limbo, they're essentially written off as none claimants and as such aren't shown as unemployed.

Quite a few cases have popped up about it in the media over the years, some of which include someone who ended up dying of cancer who was signed off as fit to work, someone with no legs who was signed off as fit to work :p it's because the system ATOS and IDS have in place is broken, the medicals they give out basically consist of one thing, being able to turn up to the actual medical, if you turn up to the medical your automatically signed off as fit to work regardless of your physical or mental state.

And before "That's bullshit" is called, it really isn't, I've fallen victim to the shitty system myself as I suffer from mental illness and was basically stuck in limbo for about 6 months awhile back while my doctor and mental health support worker basically supported me through it all pleading with them to stop being cunts in short, took them 6 months roughly to admit their error and not so much as an apology was given.

Dig around Google about Atos, you'll uncover plenty on them, there has been quite a few ex-atos employee's that have come forward as whistleblowers over the last few year.

Kind of lost the touch and the urge to play any MMO games at this moment. Not sure what it is, a little bit disappointed with myself but there it is. If you want to play you want to do it to 100% and not go knifing around and watching the view, but who has that time on their hands nowadays?

So I'm not a big follower of Rugby, but rugby players appears to be total thug cunts.

Rugby, a game for thugs played by gentlemen. Football a game for gentlemen, played by thugs?

Nah. Rugby, a game for slightly-better-than-working-class thugs but without the moral outrage.

...and pounds and ounces in various cookery books. Feet and inches in various construction projects, if you are working on old buildings with old drawings etc. Most end up needing converting one way or another. Importing goods from the US too, you need to understand imperial measurements (although they are a little different)

While I agree metric is so much easier, in reality you need to learn both.

Whole of the aviation industry works with metric and imperial. Boeing still use inches and Airbus cm.

I forgive the French for everything for introducing the metric system even though an Englishman invented it...sort of..I think he just put it all in a book...anyway everyone thinks the French invented it...they didn't.

John Wilkins invented the system..which kinda makes him the inventor of the metric SYSTEM..the measurements were allready around..he put them together into a system which the French adopted.

I convinced a friend last night that the imperial system is better, and that's why we were so good at constructing buildings because there is no exact measurement in imperial, it's guess work, so when the metal contracts, buildings stay up, then I Told him to look at Industrial France as an example, their buildings all fell down because they were to precise and didn't take in metal contracting into account. :p

Not really. That's why it's a thugs game.
From what I seen though the first punch was retaliation to an elbow or something from Hohaia. Not that the first punch was justified, but you could argue it was a lot more so in comparison to the second, that was just filthy.

They're both filthy. If a punch is thrown in football it's an instant red and a ban if it's seen, probably similar if shown on the telly afterwards nowadays too.

No excuses for it in sport in this day and age tbh.
