So i sent her a long text message instead of calling (mainly due to i was puking and being drunk from the other day) stating that i have been nice to her for so long, letting her live in the apartment so she could keep her job and not moving back to her parents. Also helping her move in there and what not. Said that she should be grateful like hell and i couldnt care less if she's cold when we speak but not threaten to throw my stuff out if i dont come and get them, and demand things. I put her in place.

So she started calling like a mad woman, texting me that i owe her to answer etc etc. Calling her, telling her the exact same thing. NOW, she is not cold to me, quiet the opposite. She said to give her a chance to show she is not the same person since we broke up, and i should treat her differently, also something about she was happy that we had a good conversation and he told her friends about it (i cant really remember). And she asked ME why i was so distant and brought up our past relationship again. She really exerted herself to mention that she had put all of what we had behind a few months ago when we spoke, and that she moved on. Now she flips like a coin. Hah whatddyou know. Being a douche..or in this case, being f*cking fair, paid off.

I've stayed out of this until now because I'm not one for passing judgement on people's personal lives, but...seriously you are such a pussy. You need to grow a pair and quick. Even easier. Tell the landlord that you no longer require the apartment. You may struggle with your deposit though. While she is at work, hire a skip. Get some mates round to help and load all her stuff in it. Get the landlord round to see the now empty, clean apartment, get your deposit back. She can do what she likes after that.

If there is no deposit involved then this whole problem will go away with a 10 minute phone call to the land lord.
