I am far from an expert on World Football so I have stolen this list of players. These are apparently the best there is out that that are reasonable transfer targets for Arsenal / Chelsea who are both in the market for a Striker.

Aubameyang
Benzema
Cavani
Griezmann
Higuaín
Huntelaar
Lacazette
Lewandowski
Müller

Who would you most like to see in the Premiership? I think Lacazette is the most likely for us but it would involve Giroud going the other way. Benzema is an out side shout but he will cost a fortune and I am not sure he would set the Premiership alight to be honest.

I would love to see Lewandowski in the prem, would cost a lot to get him though.

Aubameyang just signed a new deal a few weeks ago so it looks like he's not going anywhere. And Lacazette signed one yesterday. Obviously doesn't mean that they're definitely not moving but it would be dumb on the buyer's part to not get it tied up before they signed new contracts.

I've always been a fan of Higuain, so seeing him would be cool.

I did say I was no expert, it looks like I stole an old list :(

Zlatan.

I read somewhere that Zlatan is so awesome, when Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone, he already had 3 missed calls from Zlatan.

This may not be accurate, but is the measure of the man. Not to Arsenal though, Chelsea please.

If he is on £200k a week after tax even your lot might not fancy £400k a week. Just under £21m a season in wages. Ouch. That cant be true if he is on £200k a week after tax at psg as they pay 75% tax in France don't they? So £42m a year in wages? That must be wrong.

It will never happen, but I would love to see Messi have a creak at the premier league. Ronaldo showed that he could dominate it and La Liga too. I'm not sure Messi would be able to do the same a cold winter's night in Stoke

As for the list posted, I think Benzema would do wonders for arsenal. He is imo highly underrated

Man City starting the game well, might well be parking a few buses on Sunday to stop them.

I must say I did enjoy the football at work today. The local Chelsea fan, who all last week would not shut up about how good Chelsea would be this season and would win 10 nil or whatever against Swansea..."didn't see it"

Shakiri seems a steal at £12 million. Surprised he's ended up at Stoke. With him and Bojan they've got some twinkle toes in midfield now.

Honestly towards the end of last season Stoke were looking pretty classy. Even Adam was looking more footballer than brickie at times.

What is the deal with Shakiri. He was being touted at £30m last year now he has gone to Stoke for £12 there must be something going on there.

He was over hyped. Still great though, and a realistic price for his age.

Well my boy is happy about Stokes signing that's for sure, I don't think it's a secret that he is hoping to do well here and move to a bigger club, it was even part of the sweet talk by Hughes to get him here.

The guy is an idiot. He didn't have a problem with her treating Costa on the pitch a couple of times last season. Obviously looking to blame someone other than himself for 2 embarrassing displays so far this season. Who's the head chef? Id be fearing for my job if I were them, once Man City tear them apart this week

Barca fan in not liking Mourinho much shocker.

The medical staff did exactly what they are supposed to do. If Hazard wasn't whining like a baby then they would not have gone on to the pitch. Mourinho is being ridiculous, especially doing it so publicly, its not exactly going to help club cohesion. The medical staff worked miracles last season getting players through the games, especially late on. He and the players on the pitch screwed up on Saturday against and arguably superior Swansea, not the medical team attending to a player in the last few minutes of the game.

And here we are (along with everybody else) mostly talking about this and not Chelsea's actual result against Swansea. Everybody is making a huge thing about Arsenal losing but yet again Mourinho has managed to deflect attention away from his players.

But what we are not actually saying is that Swansea are a fucking good side and a draw with Chelsea is not a *shock* by any stretch of the imagination especially considering Chelsea's pre season form.

Yep.

If maureen didn't coach his players to dive and roll about outrageously in an effort to con referees then maybe his own medical staff wouldn't be fooled.

As already posted Mourinho once again outsmarts the average fan and media critic, Him and Eva probably sat somewhere laughing at the reaction

Bollocks. Making your staff look bad is the behaviour of a shitweazle. If you have an issue with your people you don't throw them under the bus, you deal with it in private.

He doesn't have an issue, his team played crap and he doesn't want the world talking about it and effecting their moral so he creates a scapegoat and story for people to chew on and talk about. Then his players are left alone. He normally does it by using himself as a scapegoat and saying something stupid to draw the attention away,

You don't use your staff as a scapegoat. Doesn't matter if its the doctor or the cleaning lady; you deal with it internally. It's like Ladybird Book of Being A Decent Manager stuff.
