Well they've played less games than the other 3 leagues so it stands to reason the bottom teams will have scored fewer goals. Villa are still well and truly last though.

I'm not defending anything, I'm just telling you why the prem teams will naturally filter to the bottom of any table that includes all 4 leagues. Of course 20 points is shit, that's why they're at the bottom of the league.
