He'd need to improve his passing at a top club, his % complete is quite poor (sub 75% IIRC).
Knocked out of our only realistic chance of a cup at home to Blackburn that is not fucking good enough. Why did we leave our best players on the bench? Surely getting a lead then resting players is the way to go in a match that we should be taking very seriously.
I think that game highlighted how shit Arsenal's squad/back up players are. Gervinho, Diaby & Coquelin are no where near good enough.
Because the Arsenal Fans and Board are not spoiled little kids who think the only answer is sacking everyoneHow the fuck is Wenger still a manager at ArseAnal is beyond me. Abramovich should give lessons on manager sacking to the owners![]()

On a serious note i am not sure what the obsession with the 8 years is. Our "right" to a trophy ended with the Chavs got the money and got even less so when City got theirs. To make my feeling clear I do not care about the 8 years. I do care about not trying to win a game like this.
Not the case as said before our problem is wages and being self sustaining. We will not go into more debt to sign superstar players on massive wages. Until we can have a big clear out and get rid of the average players on big wages we just can only afford per week what we sell. The only other option would be setting aside 5 years of wages in cash which we seem to have but their must be a reason why they don't do that.Arsenal either have cheap owners or want to pay off debt (if they even have any?) To pay off debt they need good EPL standings to gain a spot in the Champions League. If they get that they can either concentrate on debt or buy better players.
Sher-vin-joI like watching Arsenal, if only to hear the very danish commentator trying to sound french each time he mentions Wenger's name.
Can't argue with that when I saw Diaby, Rosicky, Coquelin and Gervinho all starting I had a bad feeling.
Yeah Thomas had a great game but his great games are outnumbered by his average games just like Diaby. So seeing the two of them had me worried there is too much potential for a disinterested under performing midfield.Rosicky was the best player for me. What really pisses me off is the game plan. They shoot in crosses from left and right and no one is attacking them. 50% of the crosses are bad, 49.9% no one is there and 0.1% we get something on it. Even at slightly less than a 100,000 a week we should expect wingers to be able to cross the bloody ball. Giroud keeps back peddling instead of attacking crosses, so frustrating watching him play. if we are going to play this way we should have bought Andy Carrol
The game plan was failing, we could all see that after 20 mins. The only real clear cut chance which Gervinho bolloxed up was from a quick break when they did not have 10 men in the penalty box. We should have drawn them higher up the pitch and hit them fast. Their keeper did well with a couple of great saves he was a game winner for them.
For the high boot? I must have missed that.whistle had already gone hadn't it?
how did luiz ever score that volley vs Man Utd? His shooting is abysmal
