Looks like he did just that. She's effectively been on notice since 2009 and he offered the flat to his ex at well below market value which she declined. Take her age out of the equation and I don't think he's being particularly unreasonable tbh.

MOTD 2 is by far the better show over MOTD, at least when they had Dixon they let him do his thing and it was kind of relevant. Mark Lawrenson and Hansen are so out of date and touch with the game, its horrible to watch.

As they have time to do the Analysis before hand MOTD should just have extended highlights on the red button, pick the main game you want then have short highlights of the other games. Then watch 15 minute highlights off all the other games after if you like.
