At least we're not giving silly goals away. We had some promising attacks but just can't put it in the fucking net.

Honestly, it's not fancy football, I don't really like him as a manager, but it looks like he's putting some stamp on the game. We had some good attacking moves, especially when Marin and Mata came on. I really liked what I saw of Marin. Sharp and playing some good balls across the field. But it's good that we're not giving away goals with silly defensive mistakes like the last few games of RDM.

Look at the way Fulham played, 4-5 players at least behind the ball at all times, we're not getting through that with a lone off form striker.

Saw an interview with Theo yesterday and he seemed quite bitter about the amount of time he was getting on the pitch at Arsenal - I guess he really might move.

Why the fuck would they pay his agent £3m? In fact why do football agents seem to command such high wages? Are they really that skilled at what they do? Are players not capable of negotiating on their own behalf?

I can sort of understand it in show business where agents get actors roles in films etc. but in football what do they really do other than negotiate contracts every few years?

As his contract is running out Theo wants £100k a week and £6m to sign on, commision on that deal is £3m (signing on bonus and x years of wages = £30m I suppose) and his agent wants it upfront.
