But the FA proved with Suarez that context and intent does not matter a jot so bring on the 8 game ban! I will not hold my breathe. Instead there will be statement saying as the Courts cleared him there will be no charges laid against him by the FA.
Feel as though we are going round in circles here.Apart from the video evidence of Terry screaming "fucking black cunt" and his admission he said those words.

No, there was no video of him screaming that.
The only video is of him saying No, I didn't call you a black cunt. And yeah, he admitted to saying that he didn't do it. Naughty person.
Unless saying you didn't do something is the same as saying you did do something. Who knows...

In a hilarious misunderstanding, John Terry was asked to repeat evidence that he had been sent off four times in his career.
“Can you say, please, four times?” asked his QC, George Carter-Stephenson.
“Please, please, please, please,” Terry responded.
Guffaws of laughter broke out around the courtroom at the misunderstanding, which was a result of the judge asking Terry to speak up.
The footballer appeared confused by response from the courtroom.
As you can see in this very topic as far as some are concerned he was guilty before the court case, during it and still after it.
