Even the judge thinks he's guilty, but unfortunately in todays 'justice' system no one can be convicted without substantial evidence that puts any case beyond doubt. There are probably hundreds of people that the police know for a fact are guilty but are still walking free without a criminal record etc, don't be deluded enough to think that a lack of conviction and innocence are the same thing

In theory with Rangers in division 3 the away teams will earn mega bucks from the gate receipts (average league 3 attendance was 600!).

However it's not like Rangers can charge the usual ticket prices, so surely they are taking a massive hit to their income?

I do not know if they play each team 4 times like in the top division?

So you'd prefer a system where if the police say your guilty you get locked up?

Thats easily done - just move to Syria, North Korea or other dictatorship of your choice...

The part I think is telling is from all the Black players at Chel$ki only Cole stood up for Terry. And during a corner wouldn't be he be on the half way line do miles away from the incident.

If you watch the video, you'll see that Cole is the closest player to Terry and its his head that is in the way so you can't see what Terry says before fucking black cunt, but he clearly says something...

Bugger off. If they want in English football they can start in non-league like everyone else. The old rangers no longer exists. They dead and buried. A dozen top players turned their back instantly on this new rangers by refusing to transfer contracts across.... this was when they still had a chance to play in the SPL.

If they not good enough for the SPL they are not good enough for the Championship. Simple as. The SPL is a joke league and so is Rangers quality of football. Would never go to watch them play again as was absolutely shit viewing.

Because you have to prove context and also provocation plays a part. If you read the judgement it is clear that the judge doesn't believe that Terry's story holds much water but that the evidence against was not thorough enough to withstand the tests the law requires. In short, they needed more, black Chelsea refusing to make statements on Terry's behalf is not enough, it just points to the inevitable truth that Terry blew his stack and called him a black cunt in the heat of the moment. His mates backed him up but some of his black team-mates could not do it in good conscience. This story will not die, mark my words. In time a Chelsea player will leave and break ranks with the true story.

Yeah it's all very silly. Lots of public money down the pan when the CPS's case was never going to gain a conviction. Ferdinand only being a witness because of pressure from others. An absolute farce.

The FA have set a precedent and need to ban and fine Terry for saying "black cunt", the context he said it in cannot be proven, but the FA rules on this don't take context into account anyway. Ferdinand and Terry should both also be fined and banned for bringing the game into disrepute.

The Premiership and championship are constructs though - they may accept new teams from the old English leagues but they dont have to - they are purely constructs to make more cash and adding rangers would make them more cash.

Celtic could probably jump straight into the Premiership but Rangers need time to reconstruct.
