Seeing as the owners take nothing (of the transfer cash) out it's not really the case all that money is sat in the clubs bank. It is Wenger who's not spending it.

The club service that it's not the owners debt. The transfer money largely sits in an account now they can't pay more off the stadium. The clubs books for the last two years show that. We might be a feeder club but it is not because of owners wanting to make money. It is a product of our great scouting and our self sustaining financial policy which means plenty of clubs can out punch us on wages.

We had good stats at the end of the game but there are lies, damn lies and statistics. Pretty, pretty passing but no penetration and I don't think anyone passed to Darren Bent for 90 minutes. The Board have sold off our best players and released our squad players. With Agbonlahor and Dunne injured we're down to the bare bones already. Will be a long hard season unless the owner gets his cheque book out and signs a couple of players.

unless the rules changed yet again.. that wouldnt be a pass back anyways. He didnt need to use his foot because originally the rule allowed the keeper to pick up a pass from their own team on the condition it was actually passed forwards (towards the opposition.).... afteral you cant pass back when you passing forward!

Yeah indeed, I guess it's kind of tough though when fitness levels aren't at their peak and you get two early goals. Why push on and risk getting stung on the break? Would obviously love to see us score more goals but still .
