Fletcher and O'shea not really at the races so far. Too many stray balls and slightly out of position when we lose it.

Coloccini should be defending instead of trying to impersonate Robert Plant :p

Well you could say there was a Communication Breakdown, the levee broke and left him Dazed and Confused, with Fletcher offering No Quarter In the Evening.

Nice to see Coloccini has improved his defending in the last year.

It's scary to think that even a summer without the defensive guidance of Maradona has done nothing for Colocinni.

OK show me where I said that? I was just trying to point out that while your fans want the manager sacked if you don't win something every year the amount of Arsenal fans wanting Wenger out is a minimal. IE different fans expect different things.

And as i have said plenty of times that is valid this year but has not been each of the last 5.

i wanted him sacked cos he was just riding a champ league fluke forever and the club was going nowhere, atleast arsenal have an amazing youth policy, liverpools youth are fairly woefull

the day after we played a 7 2 1 formation i lost all faith

i mean seriously he palyed johnsen agger skrtle and insua in defence then degen carragher lucas and dossena in midfield with kuyt and ngog or some shit

was rediculas

Amazing pass, amazing finish. Seems no one at Newcastle watched the charity shield, they are giving Scholes the freedom of the pitch.

after the first goal you'd think United would stop losing possession in and around their box so readily

Giggs is 37 shortly as well, speaks volumes of how well Fergie runs that side that 20 years on he is still fit enough to be a first team regular.

Someone on the radio said if he wins another major medal he will be the most decorated player of all time to play at the highest level.

I think Scholes will stop before Giggs, I think this may well be his last season. A lot depends on whether we have decent replacements for them, they both seem to keep going because they know that there is still no one at the club that can do what they do. Be a very very sad day when they stop.

They also take it very seriously, you don't see them falling out of some shitty nightclub at 5am. I think there loss will have a far bigger effect on the team than Ronaldo leaving.

There is a big story here - Spurs revealed that Man City refused to loan Bellamy to them. Basically City have all the cards here, they don't need the money and can afford to keep paying his wages. They know that he's still a premiership player and don't want their rivals having an edge. Cardiff was his only real option, as Man City closed every other door.

Bad for Bellamy, he really should have been playing at the top for one more season, especially as he has been in the best form of his career.

Ahh.

Huge boost for Cardiff though, surely makes them favourites for promotion now.

Yep, and for Bellamy he is living with his family, so it's not all bad. But still, what a waste of talent.

Milner to Man City is confirmed according to skysports news.

Okay two huge stories - Milner deal completed within 36 hours according to Mancini, so the above is slightly wrong. Mancini has also confirmed Given can leave if he wants. Surely Arsenal must make an offer? But will Man City let him go to a perceived rival??
