That is the issue though, massively inflated season ticket prices, bugger all spent on transfers year after year and so potentially a great side is left lacking in certain areas. To be frank bud you and your fellow gooners are getting royally ripped off, pretty tippy tappy football is lovely to look at but means fuck all if you aren't capable of winning the big prizes and with what Arsenal fans are putting into that club you SHOULD BE winning them. I can't fault your fans, you spend your money and you are very loyal but it is becoming loyalty to the point of stupidity now.

Depends how you look at it our season tickets are buying us our new stadium and a solid financial future. While yes Wenger could go and spend £25 million on a defender and commit to £6million a year in wages he will not because it does not fit our financial plans. As i said yes it is frustrating but if I'm honest i would rather be a Arsenal fan than Man U or Liverpool both have won more recently than us but both are potentially in trouble.

I have heard how or budget is built around no CL qualification and only 45k tickets sold. And that is how much Wenger commits too in wages. But this season is different Senderos Galas Silvestre Eduardo ect have all left and were all on 30k plus so i cant not see why we are not buying right now. He does not want to get ripped off that is fine but he can't throw the season away over that. When the new defender went down my heart sunk as we only have 3 senior CB's that needs to be resolved and soon, and so does the keeper situation offer Man City £5 for Given if he has handed in his transfer request.

We still have a lot of debt but we're paying it off quickly. Arsenal fans that aren't complete and utter retards realise this. The new stadium was not for the short term.
