Liverpool fans will be happy, Hicks and Gillet have declared their intention to sell the club, not look for fresh investment.

Liverpool were the loudest voices regarding Chelsea having no history and "not being Chelsea anymore" after Abramovich bought the club. They were among the loudest voices saying that Chelsea had bought the title and that it meant nothing. They then couldn't get on their knees quick enough when some rich guys came to town and said they'd give them what they wanted. They totally deserve the shafting they've received from the Weetabix boys. I only hope they get screwed with their next buyers as well. Totally deserved.

LOL, to be fair, he was getting nothing from the ref. If the ref really only booked the other player because he thought Rooney was injured, then he shouldn't be a ref.

You can understand why players do it when it seems to influence the refs so much.

Overal I think we deserved that win, Scholes absolutely dictated the game because he was allowed to have time and space to play passes all day long.

First half we dominated and wasted a couple of chances.
Second half we pretty much dominated the game, city relying on counter attacking. City had some great chances but didnt take it, and that Barry dive was LOL!!!.

All in all i think we should have won that game, but I feared the worst in the 2nd half with the way city were hitting us (last 25mins or so). Their counter attack has so much speed and Neville vs Bellemy was a joke. Neville was half the pace of Bellemy and surprised they didnt use that more.

That Inter goal is Italian football meant to have good defending, how did he get time to do that. With that said it was all well controlled and a great finish.
