Why are the going so unbelievably mental over that?

It just continues to prove that he scores against shit opposition and looks like a rabbit in headlights when put in front of a half decent defence ;)

his work rate is very good, and he's probably off to somewhere else within a year - I just don't think he got much out of his massive work yesterday :)

on a sidenote - why is it liverpool/arsenal fans/whatever can't cheer for a man utd player on the national team? are there no national feelings for such matches?

I just pointed out Terry saying english players dont dive in a week Rooney had 2 soft penalty's. I can be happy for the England team but i will still point out what is starting to look like the Eduardo witch Hunt.

I've just seen it a zillion times. There's nothing but Lampard/Gerrard/Rooney whine on most forums - it wasn't really only directed at you.

Manchester City will tell Barcelona that the only way the Blues' Brazilian striker Robinho will move to the Nou Camp is if the Catalans agree to a swap deal that includes Argentine striker Lionel Messi.
Full story: Sunday Mirror
Alternatively, City could well use Barcelona's interest in Robinho to engineer a swap deal for French striker Thierry Henry.

lol robinho for messi made me laugh.

Because it was scored in the last second and keeps us at getting a chance to go to world cup? If he had missed we would've been out :)

He scored prettier goals tho ;)

I have hated him since that day he gets credit for stopping the unbeaten run but no one ever says it was a dive.

Rooney didn't dive against Slovenia but he did appeal for the penalty. I was inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt until the cameras showed him and Gerrard having a good chuckle at the referee. He obviously knew that he hadn't been fouled but appealed for the penalty anyway.

The Eduardo dive was horrible, though, and in a competitive match too. With English clubs not exactly being flavour of the month at UEFA one can see why he received the ban he did.

The Pen against Arsenal was an intentional dive started before he was even touched. The one for England was a total joke. Roo had hold of the defenders shirt, got angry because he couldn't get position against him, then lashed out with his foot. He should have gotten a yellow and Free Kick Slovenja.

"I'm an honest player", prick does not know the meaning of the word honest!

Platini got what he wanted and will now let the issue die. He will continue his agenda against the EPL until it is the same state as French Football

I think some of the problems are with Pre Contracts at Arsenal the Youth Team sign Pre Contracts agreeing to sign a real Contract on their 17th birthday. Which is the youngest they can sign a proper deal? So even though they are breaking a contract i do not think it is an enforceable one until they sign at 17?

Now Le havre are accusing Man City of stealing a player.

These french teams can fuck right off. The hypocrisy is laughable, given the amount of African youngsters the french teams have "stolen" for years.

So,

Will Denmark fuck up as usual verses the "easy team" ?

I have a weird feeling about it,
I hope I'm wrong,

I wonder if they found anything linking the deaths? I dont mean conspiracy, but maybe the type of exercise is causing something to occur?

I think it's Tohtori's evil eye doing it.

Could be something like cardiomyopathy (unusually enlarged heart), which i presume gets worse with these guys because they have athletes heart too (functionally large heart), so it just becomes structurally irregular.

It does not read like this guy is a professional footballer so maybe his heart was just getting overstressed playing the game.

nono, no way. There's no way we can fuck up now. We're playing the best footy since 98.
