After John Terry going on about how English lads never go down they fight to stay on their feet they are too honest i heard Rooney went down for a 2nd soft penalty in a week and he had as much shirt as the other guy. And for Terry saying that he should be called out as the biggest twat in football.

Rooney didn't dive, he looked as surprised as everyone when the decision was made. It was actually a foul by Rooney on the defender, both players ending up on their backsides and the next thing you know the ref's given a penalty

They should have had a penalty, however Pepe should have been sent off twice - he can't control his elbows and he's diving all over the pitch.

still, we managed to get a 1-1 against brazils reserves today :)

Jakob Poulsen wasn't all that good today. Silberbauer was the man!

I have not seen it but i did not say he took a dive i said it was soft in a week where the England Captain claimed English players are too honest.

All the England players looked bemused. Gerrards pass was too high, there was no goal scoring chance. Rooney fouled the defender then slipped, the defender got injured. The ref blew the whistle.

Aoami, you are talking shit mate, I did not see any protesting for a penalty.

It wasn't a dive it was a collision and a falling over. However, he threw his arms up looking for the penalty, I don't think it would have been given if he hadn't acted like that afterwards.

Silberbauer was good yes, but I disagree, Poulsen was here there and every where! they must have installed some form of fusion energi plant in that kid.

At the time, i thought rooney was protesting because he thought the ref had blown to give a fowl the other way :)

his work rate is very good, and he's probably off to somewhere else within a year - I just don't think he got much out of his massive work yesterday :)

on a sidenote - why is it liverpool/arsenal fans/whatever can't cheer for a man utd player on the national team? are there no national feelings for such matches?
