Am I the only person that thinks this could be really bad news? Forcing Sky to half their profit means they will drop the price they pay for football a fair bit and with some clubs in trouble this could push them over the edge?

As a few cynics have pointed out, they always talked about big plans for Birmingham as well, and never delivered.
