This is a confusing bit, as people arent helpful when you ask on general. But I found it out of someone that was nice enough to message me.

Go to the imperial fleet.
On the corridor that goes from the outer ring (near the trainers) to the inner ring (cantena) there is a Lord "something or other" ... he has a quest giver icon. Speak to him.
Go to advanced trainer and get class want

Yeah but I'm more interested in her bending over than selling my crack cocaine

I really enjoyed the Jedi Knight prologue a lot more than the Sith Warrior making your lightsabre was a nice moment.

Played Consular for a few levels, very fun playstyle. Also played Sith Warrior and Sith Inquisitor. The Inquisitor's story stuff is ace.

There was a little Barrens chat type stuff but fortunately most people that started the more obvious trolling pretty much got verbally lynched by everyone and ran off sulking.

And yea crafting is awesome :) 1 thing I wonder is! its technically your crew that learns the skills iirc so I wonder since you can get 3-4 companions can you learn 9-12 crafts in theory?

Most illogical quest ever.

Playing as a jedi i got a quest to steal documents from a corrupted senator that wants to cut ties with the jedi and get closer to the sith. Now the funny thing is that i can't actually expose said sith loving traitor senator WITHOUT earning dark side points.

If i return the documents (and thus helping the senator ruin the jedi order) i gain light side points.....

I mean, really?

I'm getting bored of the game already. Leveling is slowed down due to all the cut scenes, some zones almost force you to group to kill said mobs, which is fine, but when they want to listen to two hours of dialogue i rage quit.

It's and interesting dilemma. I listen to all the cut scenes and get quite in to who chooses what options etc. But I know I'm almost certainly only ever going to play through them once, twice maximum. I can see a problem when this game is mature and lots of people are playing the group quests for the nth time.

You can't blame people for wanting to listen to the story.

ive done black talon 4 times now. and its been slightly different each time, dialogue actually gives you different mini missions and fights etc
so i reckon it wont be so bad . depends if you end up with 1 person not done it before and 3 people wanting to skip to the end .

The dialogue is what sets it apart from all the run of the mill MMOGs, guess its not the droids you were looking for.

No it's max 3 crew skills regardless of how many companions. Basically you can send them doing different tasks in parallell

I found the first 10 or so levels an outstanding experience. I think it will have good replay value since each class has completely different stories in which to take part. Its the first time I've seen and online game that feels like an adventure. Its the first MMO I've played where the mission givers are part of the adventure, not just some click-through automaton handing out generic tasks.

No grinding 12 piggies because Farmer Bland lost his left leg in the war. Etc.

At this point I've no idea how the game will pan out when you hit cap level but the journey there sure looks like fun.

First impression of PvP was not impressive. Bioware falling into the same trap as other devs by allowing too much CC.

I've heard if you want decent gear at top level you basically have to stay true to whichever side you start with dark/light. So you can't really play a good guy with a little bit of a dark streak. Or a bad guy with a bit of good in him.

Seems to destroy the whole point of choosing a path?

The class stories are different but most of the general quests are shared - so smuggler/trooper ones on ord mantell are largely trawling through the same quests.
