no i wouldn't, but sorc bt'ing insta mezz gives them a clear advantage when it comes down to both classes being in range of each other cast mezz, they cast quicker, they have the ability to quickcast if they get interupted, and they have mincer in grp to insta stun, hibs have no insta stun last i checked

its 7.5 minutes if u know how to use it, or even 10 if u can be arsed to make ur temp around it

u can spam single insta yeh, but if u use grp insta ur gonna mezz at least 1 person in other grp first time so timer resets, and if u use single insta mincer has enough time to get in and stun healer so neither grp gets ae mezzed until a) healer manages to run far enough away after tanks jump him to get mezz off, or b) sorcs mezz gets broken or times out and he qc's mezz.

bard use both instas depending on situation, but if u r talking about the cast speed and run time etc etc etc, then can u plz do 1 for me for mincer insta stun vs healer mezz? cos all u do is look at 1 side of it, there are many more factors that come into play except run speed cast speed and range, i'll check back after i been into town xD
