Been snowing here the entire weekend, about half a meter in total now. Not that cold though, only about -5" or so.

-5" isn't very cold at all as long as there isn't any wind. Barely cold enough to wear a jacket tbh.

If its windy however, it's really, really cold.

That is nothing, I still have my window fully opened at nights here in Norway. In the morning the curtains is almost frozen(Stiff). And still I think it is a littlebit to warm.

I love the winter, I sleep so good at nights then.

Timed it perfectly. Popped out this morning on the bike at 11:15am. No snow. Half an hour later, back at my house, and within 5 mins its snowing heavily. They reckon the cold "snap" will last for a month.

Did the shopping this morning ('bout 9:30ish), someone had cleared the path out to the street. Looked out the window 10 minutes ago, there is now no path, nor any sign of it's existence...

woke up to a lovely snowy view out my window this morning actually managed to get out and go for a stroll in it \o/ and now the sun has been out for a while and it's all buggering off so might go for a walk later because although I love the snow I hate having to walk like a drunken toddler for fear of falling over lol.

they would, but I wouldn't recommend trying to walk to France on them. Start off with the local duck pond & see how it goes :)
