Biggest pile of shit i've read in a long time. Theres NOTHING in the CoC that says you HAVE TO attack every enemy you see.
Some people will respect 1 vs 1 fights and not add no matter who's winning cause they enjoy the aspect of having good and challenging fights instead of mindlessly zerging down every enemy you see just cause 'THEY ARE THE ENEMY ZOMG!!111' and to get those few rps.

2 people running into each other at random in the frontiers, both do /bow and start a 1 vs 1 fight is not an arranged fight.

People not adding on a member of an enemy realm cause they wanna respect that and the home realm members fight is not breaking the CoC, just fyi.

A person disengaging a fight just cause a 'true member of the realm' came to aid his realm comrade in battle is not breaking any rules.

How does this thread make you any better than the people you are whining on?

as you said you play how you want. if you say help and they dont thats playing how they want and i havent seen in the CoC saying that you cant watch a fight.

I agree with ilaya in a way, i dnt have the cash to afford a BB so i will add, its my only real way of seeing some progression in rvr, im full PF spec ranger to help get some buffs.

However one V one fights i wont add, but if there is a fg v fg i wont just pluck away, ill see which enemy the grp are attacking then attack the same one, Im not going to hit anyone to break the mezz as thats stupid but ill attack the unmezzed one thats about to die.

It does work both ways though, the other night i was out there, in a duo and for a laugh a fg passed us by, we both fired a few arrows, hid, repeat did this for a good few mins thne a full grps of hibs came along killed the mids, and accused me and my m8 of adding LOL WTF we were attacking them first, admitedly we had no chance to kill a fg but we did kill 1 before others arrived they ressed him we thne killed another and hid.

Some FGs assume people are adding when infact it was them adding, but that doesnt bother me as i will add in return;-)m but add tactfully to not break mezz and cause to mcuh chaos within the FG fight, well for the hibs anyway...

seriously though, u dont have to get too caught up in all these queensbury rules.

the best compramise is maybe just say if you see 2 people fighting what looks like a reasonable balanced encounter just let them have their fight, before interferring. If you do that you will find also it gets noted and peeps let you finish your fights, you even get FG's that leave you or help you out and stuff (aka u get a bit of respect). I think most would have packed up the game a long time if it were not for all the nice guys that are not interested in running around like headless chickens spanking everything they see with a red label.

you dont have to ofc, but tbh no one gives a ratz arse if you come on here declaring your gonna play like an asshole because its in the spirit of the game. It isnt, get some common sense. Most random adders are just inexperienced players, the game has moved on, you will come to the same conslusion over time as well, its just there is still a lot of "newb" in your blood.

When soloing I add on all stealthers as I expect every stealther to do the same on me and as I cannot see them I cannot judge their actions and with today's RvR if there's 1 stealther there's bound to be 3 more, not seen 1 single stealther solo since the last 2 years or so.
Do have respect for visable (real) soloer's like Gotmagi.
It's ofc always fun to get death threats and insane insults, makes for fun screenshots and remembers you that some people take the game way too serious.
