Scepter of the Meritorious?!

Is this scepter useable with a scout? I know for a fact ( 100% sure ) I have seen 2x infils use this as weapon on the back and when I asked them they both instantly logged ( on two diffrent occasions with two diffrent people ). So is there some kind of haxxx0r involved in the use of this weapon or is it useable for infils but not scouts?

Dont see why an infil would actually want to use it tbh

But im 99% sure scouts cannot activate arti , tho when cl3 you can equip any normal blunt wep

I guess the Aura of Kings charge is the only reason to use it in an extra equipped weapon slot but i thought you couldn't activate some arti's no matter what. I tried something similar a while back and even tho i was able to use a 1h weapon I still couldn't activate a 1h arti that wasnt meant for my class tho. Maybe a bug or exploit I guess.

Hmm, yah I was thinking about using the Scepter on my scout. I thought it was impossible until I saw those 2 infils running around with it, so I did the encounter and found out it was imp to activate on a scout..so I got puzzled thinking it was some way around this since when you look at VoS it states infils can't activate it either and I'm 100000% sure I saw saracen infils with scepter on back :d..
