General

- Give pure casters a special ability, 30-50% chance to resist any spells
- Rework the interrupt system, misses/resists should not cause interrupts.
- Add a maximum number of attackers on one target (melee speaking) something like 2-4
- Improve pet classes Pet lines with additional spells for PvE

Albion

- Sorcs should get a abs buff (self only)
- Ice wizards should get their pbaoe cast time lowered to same as the other realms
- Debuff spells should be looked at (speaking which classes have what debuffs)
- Earth theurgists needs to be looked at (maybe earth lines in general)
- Add a scout specific RA that gives them a speed shout similar to rangers/hunters
- Dragonfang should be moved to DW line

Hiberia

- Bards should only need to use the proper instruments when starting a song (no need to wield them to keep song working)
- Bards need some kind of snare/root
- Light mentalists charm ability should not drain power
- Mentalist line should get some kind of insta heal
- Animists need proper spells for open RvR
- Wardens should get shield spec
- Heat debuff should be looked at
- Remove insta AE mez

Midguard

- Thanes should get higher specpoints or more base weaponskill
- Thanes should get a castable 5 sec timer PBAOE spell at high stormcalling spec
- Bonedancers need at least one spelline reworked so they can offer more in group fights
- Frosty gaze should be lvl 44 or 50 with after evade criteria
- Savages needs their multiple hit % balanced
- Savages selfhaste should be removed or not stackable
- Savages needs the taunt shout removed (if it will continue to interrupt)
- Remove insta ae mez
- Remove insta ae stun

not every mid group has a good haste, but sure, you can have a conc buff haste from friar for instance

because he is rr10 and has a better/slower wpn (i think) and he proplly has lower quick.

Warriors are the best and more balanced heavy tanks of the game. they don't need anything.
even if warriors were god incarnate, perma frenzied zerkers with 2h hitting for 2MILLION dmg @ 1.5sec delay, they'd still have nothing unique

and 2h weapons are as slow as alb weapons.
the slowest weapon in albion it's 6.0 ( a drop) the slowest in midgard its 5.9 if I m not wrong.and albs should have some advantages cause the doubles spec.

Don't know really about hibernia..but if I remember well spear drops are nice.
2h spec give access to both slash/crush damage so doubt you have problems of variety really.

What wizards really need imo is:

Ice
- Reduce cast time of the dd/snare from 3.0 seconds to 2.6 seconds
- Reduce cast time of dd/cold debuff from 3.0 seconds to 2.6 seconds

Fire
- Fire doesn't need anything extra: see below

Earth
- Change the AoE root back to AoE stun, like it was on Pendragon before they decided not to...

General caster issues:

Give all healer classes (friar, cleric, healer, shaman, druid, bard, warden) a baseline acuity buff spell - fighters get base str and spec str, why can we only get a spec int and no base int?

Make all resists after 27% have diminishing returns, so all these groups running round with 27% + AoM2 + 24% Resist buffs + Possible resist chants don't fuck any caster over.

I can't see how any of these changes are overpowered in anyway and they should have been implemented as soon as wizards started nuking people for 250(-300)

Anyway, good luck to anyone in pressing for these changes, I've given up.

I would say:nerf healers insta haste debuff..but have fair haste buff chances in albion would fix it already.

slowest in mid is 5.7

I honestly doubt that jawz DONT have 70 sword/shield tbh.


and I had no idea the others have mob, and if they do, ofc give it to clerics, anything else is just retarded.

mids slowest 1h is 4.1, hib got a 4.3 galla piercer atleast.

uhm, and Warden has tu run bubble, so I don't see your point. As a matter of fact you will almost never see any Hib attacking with a dmg-add, because:
a) Warden is running pbt
b) chanter isn't specced enchantments ( and if he is he's not in that rvr-group ;) )
c) hibernian dmg-adds don't stack

On the other hand mids will always have the skald dmg-add chant in their groups and albs will 80% of the time have a Theurg/Wizard with their baseline dmg-add, so my demand to this thread would be: giv hib a common dmg-add ;)

why should only savages get tauntshout removed? and how would they pull in pve?



ps: all tauntshouts are being tagged non-interrupt and 15sec recast or sumt soon btw.
