Been coughingsneezingbarely breathing 4 days now. Light bronchitis. Bit of a wasted cabin trip as i was social as a shy nun in a brothel, but meh, family time is understandable.

Good news is i haven't smoked for 4 days either, might as well keep going with that.

Good news is i haven't smoked for 4 days either, might as well keep going with that.

It is remarkably easy at first but after exactly three weeks it all comes back. Craving goes mental! Stick it out for another month after that and you should be free of it.

And then you start smoking at parties again... Been there

5 guys is good imo. It's better than McDonalds/Burger King/whatever, but it's definitely more expensive too.

I eat kale. Only like 2 maybe 3 dishes i do with it tho.

Give it a minute in boiling water to lose some of the rigidity. Drain it. Chuck it in a pan with some oil/garlic. Comes out tasting nice. Normally have it with some pasta + sliced and fried sausages. Also done it with some diced chilli fried up. Holds the oils nicely without getting laden with it.

Yeah and there's other benefits. I just haven't quit because i didn't feel like it. Now i'm noticing i'm getting bored of it. I don't get problems with detox really, so it's more of a habit killing. Probably going to end up smoking on special occasions etc, make it more of a luxury then a thing. Same with coffee really.

Nneed a new "calming down" habit though, for games like dota/hearthstone/etc, because sometimes games can just tit you off.

so i just spent almost an hour trying to get kotor 2 to work after the new update on steam

then realised that Windows The Benevolent Joyful Administrator of Hardware had removed the NVIDIA driver and replaced it with the Microsoft Basic Display driver - this despite me blocking it from doing that in the group policy

apparently theres yet ANOTHER fecking setting buried deep in windows that has to be unticked to stop it doing this

I had a long session at the dentist and don't know whether anyone else has noticed but recently they put the chair right back so your feet are above your head. It's bloody awful. Better position for their backs I gather. What about my head? I'm dreading going back in a few weeks. we may have to have a discussion....

My wifes had spinny head and vertigo for the last couple of months. She went to ear nose throat doctor and got diagnosed with bppv. Which with a simple procedure on a bed and some exercises is now getting a lot better.

I'd rather get mutant AIDS than go back to Vodafone. Truly dreadful customer service and utterly awful data performance (around my area at least).
