I just finished a software design and analysis document for teh uniz. the dude who's handling my stuff kind of dropped that little bomb on me three weeks ago: "oh, yeah, Andrew, I need an analysis of your shit or you won't get a grade dude". 35 pages, 5000 words, 16 megabytes of UML diagrams. FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK

I went and paid leaving her sat at the table for about 5 minutes while I spoke to a bloke from work at the bar. She got up and walked out without looking around and still engrossed with the latest phone call. She sent me a message saying she had a great time and wants to do it again. It's just the whole cult of celebrity that we are wallowing in at the moment, a slightly famous actor breaking a nail and going to a&e is more newsworthy than a few hundred "peasants" dying in a bushfire in somalia or wherever.

unfortunately there are a lot of people who have bought into this and are genuinely interested in knowing that said actor has broken a nail.

Dunno why he gets angry. It's kinda accepted - if you like those sports you take a risk. May happen to me with mountain biking and white water kayaking (when I get back into that, which I will be this summer) - but that's normal.

I recently did a migration for a company from Hosted Exchange to LN, from £6 a mailbox for unlimited storage to over £20 for 1gb. I was fucking glad I was not on site doing the desktop install and training.
