Nokia ?Mrs put my phone in the washing machine so I ordered a new phone - just tried the old one after reassembling the dried parts and damn me if it doesn't work
Now the hassle of returning the new one - or I could keep it for the next phone disaster - how long would the battery last if its just left in the box?
Can I bring myself to tell my mother I never want to hear from her again? Or will I regret it?
Women who can't walk in high heels wearing high heels.......

Years of ridiculous behaviour. All sounds just too petty when itemised. Just decided I can't stand the stress any more. Trouble is I've spelled out the problems to her and it's like talking to a brick wall. She just doesn't take it in. Nothing is ever her fault. And before anyone asks I'm an only child, which does not help.
She thinks I'm taking my general stress out on her when it's her that's causing the stress.
Of course you'll regret it. Dramatic declarations like that always sound like a great idea in your head and end up a disaster in reality. Do the male thing, just don't bother staying in touch.
Bullshit. Depends on what she has done. I will never speak to my Dad again and quite frankly am glad of it.
I'm sure that's against the law in the UK
I thought the same. With Printers brands like HP you can get a DOA so you send the broken one back and get a new one. With Brother it is with Brother from day one so if it is shagged out of the box you get a refurb. But if you bought it online you can normally send it back under distance selling rules.I'm sure that's against the law in the UK
Online ? Definitely on distance selling regs like soze saidYeah, me too. Tell that to Argos..
Overdriven said:Bullshit company policies saying you can't return faulty products (Faulty on delivery) and they can only do a replace + exchange.
Providing it is in the mystical time frame known as reasonable then you are entitled to a full refund, this is normally under 30 days but each company decides its own figure for what it classes as reasonable and outside this it can be a repair/replacement.

- If you bring it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase, we'll give you a
replacement or a refund.- If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund.
- Please note that all large kitchen appliances are excluded from our normal 30 day guarantee, but if your item develops a fault within 30 days, call us on 0845 640 0800 and one of our advisors will assist you with your problem. If faulty and if it cannot be repaired we will arrange a replacement free of charge or you can opt for a refund.

I thought you liked young girls dressing up in funny costumesTook my god daughter out a few weeks ago and she saw one of her friends, she had these shoes on that made her walk like a velociraptor.
It was funny, and also do they not look in the mirror before leaving the house? maybe i'm getting too old but they do look stupid in some of the get up they wear
